After arriving at bengalur international airport, i decided to take outside taxi. Before this i only take airport taxi.
After came out of airport , i was promised to give Rs 16 per km for a cab. i travelled to ghandinagar.
he showed the meter was 0km at started, then after arriving at ghandinagar, he changed the meter to other one which make it double. the distance was about 30km only, but then the changed to 60km. i realised and told them that the distance only 30km. again he tried to charge me more by telling that they charged for return also.they charged me 300 rupee extra compared to airport taxi. this is how they work. lying at passenger especially from foreign visitors. i got out and slammed the car door.
by this experience i will never take outside taxi again. RUDE, GREED taxi driver.
my advice, don't take outside airport taxi. just go for prepaid airport taxi, for better service.
