well, few days back, my family went to KL, we booked Citin Hotel by net, worth about RM134 for one night.
this hotel located exactly in town centre of Kuala Lumpur.
to go to this hotel, you can take LRT from KL central to Masjid jamek station. then you have to walk through Jalan Melayu and then Jalan Masji India for a very short distance.
in specific, walk into Jalan masjid India and turn left, for about 2 meter, then u have to go through a stall to go to the entrance for citin hotel.

it's a very narrow path, if you huge luggage, it will be problematic.
another problem i found is that there NO PARKING area reserved for users of this hote. I had to park my car in Jalan Masjid india.
and cost me around RM 3.50 (1.70 x 2)for one night, paying DBKL parking slot.
roomwise, it quite small, just a little bit bigger than tune hotels room.
toilet is OK and clean.
we also got breakfast with that price.
food is quite ok, that day we were served with nasi goreng, kueytiaw, bread, cereals, papaya, honey dew juice, etc, buffet!
