if you have finger pain due to overdose clicking, u might want to use available method to play computer,
the first and easiest would be by using another hand, eg, use left hand.
if u have ipod touch or ipod, u can use it as touchpad, cool! i use logitech application which can be found at their website

then, buy a 3d finger mouse, u can click the right and left button by thumb. the defect is that our hand is shaking, so the mouse cursor is not stable.
lastly. can use gamepad. such as this logitech gamepad.
