iphone 4s photo size and its aperture

well, on exif, the photo size produced from an iphone 4s is 3mb, the dimension is 3264 x 2448, around 2.5mb to 3.0mb file size, the aperture size is f 2.4, which is better than iphone 4 which has f 2.8
