how to solve electric current charge on desktop pc chassis cabinet case

i was having trouble with my pc case where it got electric current on my pc chassis. whenever i touch it with my finger i got a tingling sensation.
now i had solved it.
it was due to 2 pin plug connected to monitor, so when there is leakage current, it will not be transferred to Earth. otherwise current leakage transferred trough vga cable to my chassis.


so i changed it to 3 pin plug, now it's gone. ;)
